At BequemPlus, we’re committed to providing a fast, reliable, and smooth shopping experience.

Order Processing & Shipping
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Standard shipping typically takes about one week, though it may extend to 1–2 weeks during periods of high order volume.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

Shipping Accuracy & Reshipments
To ensure timely and successful delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including:

• Door number

• Doorbell ID

• Mailbox number (for pack stations, if applicable)

If you need to update your address, please message us on the same day you place your order. We can accommodate changes only within this timeframe.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or mistakenly denied by the recipient, are non-refundable, as we will still reship the order at no additional cost to you. We can offer only one reshipment per order.
